Our Ministries

During our Sunday Morning Worship service, we offer Nursery care for infants and toddlers (up to age 3). We also have Sunday School for children age 3- grade 6, where they leave part way through the service to continue in their own Kid's Worship time.
Throughout the week we offer a Youth ministry for children in grades 6-12. We also offer small groups for adults throughout the year.

Youth Group/
Catechism

On Sunday evenings (ever other week) we invite all youth from Grades 6-12 to meet from 6:30-8pm for catechism/youth gatherings. We open our evening with some food and a game to get to know each other and build some sense of community and then we dive into a lesson or teaching.

This year we are walking through a study titled "Something Needs to Change" by David Platt.  We will watch a video and then have a general teaching time that Pastor Paul coordinates and leads alongside our other leaders and then we break out into small groups some discussion and prayer.

Upcoming Gatherings: January 28, February 11, February 25, March 10, and March 24.

Kid's

Ministry

Our Sunday School program runs on Sunday mornings from part of the way through the worship service until it's end. Children ages 3 to grade 6 are led in song, a Bible story and craft.

Small Groups
Ministry

We have Small Groups that meet on a bi-weekly basis for about six to eight sessions at a time on a given topic. We encourage participants to meet in each others' homes and share a meal as a part of these gatherings.

Our next rotation of small groups has just begun and you are welcome to jump in. Talk to Pastor Paul to find out which Small Group you can join.

Community Gardens

Since the spring of 2010, we have been using our church property to be a blessing to the community around us by having a community garden. We currently have 34 plots which are rented by a variety of people. Send an email to growingcommunitygarden@gmail.com or talk to someone in the church about signing up for a plot for the season, and participating in communal work days, learning events, and organizational meetings.
